Chongqing Hanxing Building Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CWH Energy Limited, has an annual manufacturing capacity of 1,200,000 tons for mine integration project and 700,000 tons for cement production. It produces and sells industry-leading construction materials, special glass, packaging bags, and limestone for operation of open-pit mining cement. It manufactures mechanical sand products that complies with current national policy development.

Sand and gravel is one of the important raw materials for infrastructure construction in China. With the depletion of domestic natural sand, river sand and other resources and the emphasis on ecological environmental protection, the government has increased control over mining, including the upper reaches of the Yangtze River on July 1, 2015. The sand mining operation was completely banned for up to 5 years. Since 2018, the national multi-region sand and gravel products have risen and the supply has been tight, and the price of river sand has increased by 600% compared with the previous year. The replacement of natural sand by machine sand has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry.
